This Fudge Brownies recipe is a hit with family and friends. Bake up a batch for your next tailgate party, picnic or use it as a base for deliciously decadent desserts and treats.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 32 bar cookies

Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 cups granulated white sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon Homemade Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Whole Grain Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1 cup nuts, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, dust with sifted cocoa powder, and then set aside.
3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and chocolate just until butter is melted, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat and continue stirring until chocolate is completely melted.
5. Stir in sugar.
6. Whisk in eggs and vanilla extract.
7. Stir in flour and nuts.
8. Spread batter in prepared baking dish.
9. Bake for 30 minutes; DO NOT OVER BAKE.
10. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack.
11. To serve, cut brownies into 32 pieces and remove from baking dish with a cookie spatula.

  1. Omit nuts.
