Gluten Free Pizza Crust Recipe--Key to Quick and Easy Pizza Creations!


This vintage recipe helps you have a delicious piping hot pizza dinner on the table in almost no time at all!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Yield: one 12 inch pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 cup White Gluten Free Flour Blend
- 1 teaspoon Gluten-free Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons milk (or milk substitute)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Grease a pizza pan or baker's half sheet, or line with parchment paper, and then set aside.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
4. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg, and then beat in milk and oil.
5. Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until soft dough forms.
6. Place dough on prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap and roll, or pat dough floured finger-tips.
7. Carefully remove plastic wrap.
8. Brush surface with a very light coating of olive oil.
9. Gently spread pizza sauce over top of crust.
10. Layer with desired pizza toppings.
11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
12. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes.
13. To serve, cut pizza into wedges.

  2. Sprinkle 1/2 pound browned seasoned ground beef over top of pizza sauce.
  3. Sprinkle 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella over top of ground beef.
