Irish Cream Liqueur Recipe

Irish Cream Liqueur recipe and celebrate like you are Irish! Prep Time:
Yield: 1 quart
14 ounces canned sweetened condensed milk
2 cups gluten-free Irish whiskey (or bourbon, brandy, cognac, rum or vodka)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons gluten-free chocolate syrup
2 teaspoons instant coffee (or instant espresso powder)
1 teaspoon Homemade Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon gluten-free almond extract
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and process on high speed for 2 minutes.
2. Pour into a glass container and cover with an airtight lid.
3. Keep chilled in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.
4. To serve, place 3 ice cubes in a chilled glass and pour 3.5 ounces Irish Cream Liqueur recipe over top of ice.
Irish Cream Coffee
1 ounce gluten-free Irish whiskey 2 ounces Irish Cream Liqueur 6 ounces hot coffee 2 ounces cold heavy cream garnishment
In a warmed tall coffee glass, combine whiskey, Irish Cream Liqueur and hot coffee. Whip cold heavy cream just until soft peaks form, but is still pourable. To float the whipped cream on top of the hot Irish Cream Coffee, carefully pour whipped cream over the back of a spoon hovering just over the surface of the coffee and gradually lift the spoon as you pour. Garnish as desired.
Irish Cream Martini
ice 2 ounces Irish Cream Liqueur 1/4 ounce gluten-free vodka Maraschino cherry
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Irish Cream Liqueur and vodka Shake with ice. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
Note: use volume-based imperial/metric measuring spoons and dry measuring cups marked in milliliters; see Kitchen Equipment and Tools .
396 grams canned sweetened condensed milk 500 ml gluten-free Irish whiskey (or bourbon, brandy or vodka) 250 ml heavy whipping cream 30 ml gluten-free chocolate syrup 10 ml instant coffee (or instant espresso powder) 5 ml Homemade Vanilla Extract 5 ml gluten-free almond extract
In a blender, combine all ingredients and process on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a glass container and cover with an airtight lid. Keep chilled in the refrigerator for up to 14 days. To serve, place 3 ice cubes in a chilled glass and pour 103 ml Irish Cream Liqueur recipe over top of ice.
2 ounces Irish Cream Liqueur 2 ounces gluten-free Irish whiskey 2 ounces cold heavy cream
Fill a chilled old fashioned glass with ice. Pour Irish Cream Liqueur over ice, allowing it to settle to the bottom of the glass. Slowly pour the whiskey down the side of the glass, allowing it to settle. Whip the cold heavy cream until frothy. Slowly pour the cream down the side of the glass. Serve with a cocktail straw.
