Raspberry Sauce Recipe--Key to Exciting Everyday Meals


Full-bodied flavor, not too tart and not too sweet, makes this Raspberry Sauce recipe outstanding!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon potato starch
- Pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine raspberry preserves, lemon juice and salt.
2. In a small bowl, combine cold water, potato starch and cinnamon.
3. Stirring constantly, add starch mixture to preserve mixture and cook over medium heat until sauce bubbles and thickens.
4. Cook 1 minute more, and then remove from heat.
5. Serve warm.
